The room wassuper clean and cozy. The staff was friendly. We received a welcome gift of crab-shaped cookies for the kids, which I found charming. I had hoped to enjoy breakfast outside of the buffet, but that wasn't an option.
I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed for the season despite warm weather. The lobby lacked inviting seating options and did not have a lounge for cocktails.

great views and close strolls to baltimore's best attractions
We enjoyed our stay with beautiful harbor views from our room, and being just a few steps away from the baltimore civil war museum and a quick walk to the fantastic restaurants and bars nearby made exploring the city super easy for our family with children. The lobby wasn't very cute with limited seating options.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a fine harbor view that added to the experience. Service was really good, especially at the front desk where staff went out of their way to ensure comfort, even upgrading our room without request. Breakfast was a letdown. The forced buffet option at $60 per person felt overpriced and service was minimal, requiring self-service for drinks and food.

The place was reasonably clean and truly exceptional, it had extremely helpful staff who took my request. The location in a very nice area was convenient and there were shopping centers and a market nearby. Btw, went to city center, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.
There was a creaky bed.

This place was a delight. The location is perfect, just a short walk to attractions like the National Aquarium and the Inner Harbor. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even anticipating our needs without us asking. While the service at the pool had some quirks, overall, our stay was still very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
